Our client is a player in the industrial sector undertaking a comprehensive digitalization initiative aimed at providing all employees with secure and uniform digital access to email, intranet, and mission-critical systems. As a project manager, you will play a key role in driving the rollout of computers, digital identities, two-factor authentication, and necessary IT infrastructure across the client's various units.

The assignment involves travel to the client's four different sites, where you will be responsible for coordinating local activities, supporting on-site managers, and ensuring a consistent implementation across all locations.

This is an exciting assignment in an organization where technology, security, and operations go hand in hand.

Examples of tasks

• Lead and coordinate rollout projects in multiple phases and locations.
• Ensure that all employees receive the correct access, accounts, and digital identity.
• Plan and execute the implementation of the chosen technical solution (mobile, iPad, YubiKey, access cards, etc.).
• Work closely with IT, security, HR, and local managers to drive the project to completion.
• Ensure training and information efforts for users.
• Report status, risks, and progress to the steering group and management.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with experience in leading IT and infrastructure projects in complex environments, preferably within larger organizations or industrial operations. You are confident in driving rollouts where both technology, security, and operations need to collaborate, and you have a natural ability to communicate with different target groups – from IT specialists to operational staff on-site. The role requires structure, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented approach. You thrive in an environment where conditions may vary between different sites and where you take responsibility for maintaining the overall coherence and creating clear processes. Some important qualities and experiences for succeeding in the assignment include:

• Experience in IT project management within infrastructure, client rollout, or access management.
• Ability to create structure, drive change, and coordinate multiple parallel activities.
• Good communication skills and comfort in engaging both technical teams and the business.
• A proactive, humble, and solution-oriented working style.

It is advantageous if you have experience in:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Multi-site rollout
• M365 environments
• IT security
